Sessions, Power Workshops, Keynotes and Experts
TigerLogic is very pleased to hold a speaking opportunity on the conference agenda. The topic “Web and Mobile Apps from One Code Base” is being presented by TigerLogic Germany Senior Consultant, Andreas Pfeiffer. The ideal development environment for every developer is to write application code once and have it deploy anywhere across multiple platforms and devices. This session illustrates that this is not a dream, but reality with TigerLogic’s Omnis Studio rapid application development tool.
TigerLogic’s session will first discuss the advantages of Omnis Studio and then offer attendees a live demonstration which illustrates from the ground up, how quickly and efficiently developers can create cross-platform, enterprise mobile applications all from once code base (and without recompiling your application). Secondly, this session will illustrate that Omnis Studio has the flexibility developers need by demonstrating how to edit, test and even debug application code while it is running on the device. And in summary, attendees will hear about a real-word implementation from German developer, Christoph Schwerdtner of Schwerdtner-Medizin-Software GmbH, who will present their mobilized business application for the healthcare industry. Built using Omnis Studio, Q Med, is a mobile application to benefit doctors by offering a complete patient/electronic health record which can be deployed across tablets and smartphones.
The MobileTech Conference also provides an outstanding networking opportunity dedicated to an exciting and innovative world of enterprise mobile and web application development. Joining in the event with such major companies as IBM, BlackBerry, Nokia and Casio — the TigerLogic staff can also be located in their exhibit booth during the conference expo together with partner Schwerdtner-Medizin-Software, providing further live product demonstrations.
